Hobbit Cloak

My last project of 2023, and my first YouTube project: A *Fancy* Hobbit Cloak. But it was easier said than done, and a good lesson that things don't always go the way you think they will. I started with an idea, to make a cloak for NYE at Epcot in Walt Disney World, but ended up being frustrated, and having other obstacles present themselves.

To make this Hobbit-inspired cloak, I used fabric from The Sewing Studio and Fabric Wholesale Direct along with my Singer Heavy Duty machine. I filmed the reveal around Celebration, Florida, on some of the beautiful walking trails... the closest to Hobbiton I could find close by. (Filming in Florida can be hard y'all!)
